Refund policy

HONG KONG JOELONG CO., LIMITED is committed to providing customers with a high-quality shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, you have the right to apply for an unconditional return within 14 days after receiving the goods.

The returned goods must be unused, with the original labels intact and in the original packaging.

The return process is as follows:

Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the goods and state the reason for the return.

Fill out the return application form and provide a valid proof of purchase.

We will provide return instructions after receiving the application. Unless there is a quality problem with the goods or the wrong goods are sent, the shipping costs incurred by the return shall be borne by the buyer.

After receiving the returned goods and confirming that the goods are in good condition, we will complete the refund within 14 working days.

Special note: Return and exchange services are only applicable to unused goods.
